Theres's the "Feedback" page. Filling in & submitting this page generates an email to sale@marketingcards.co.uk & a "thank you" email to the sender.
There's the "Referral" page
Filling in & submitting this page automatically generates a "thank you" email to the sender (i.e. the person who's recommending the free samples), an email to the recipient notifying them that free samples will be sent, and an email to sales@marketingcards.co.uk notifying that free samples have been requested
There is also a "Request Free Samples" page
Submitting this form generates an email to the client thanking them for their request and an email to sales@marketingcards.co.uk notifying that the request has been made. In addition the information from the form is input to a secure database on the website.
